We want you to love your TunePrint CD. This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on our website.
Personalised products
Every TunePrint CD is made to order with your photo, track list, and title. Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom-made goods are generally non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Cancellation before production
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. If we have not yet started licensing tracks or printing, we will cancel and refund in full.
After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled because licensing and printing costs are already incurred.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if:
- The disc will not play or is defective
- Your photo or artwork is misprinted or significantly different from your approved design
- The wrong tracks were burned
- The package arrived damaged
We will, at our discretion, offer a free replacement or a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the disc or packaging.
How to request a return or refund
- Email contact@tuneprint.co.uk with your order reference and a short description
- We respond within 1 working day
- If a return is required, we will provide a UK return address and instructions
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval
Return postage
If the return is due to our error (fault, misprint, damage in transit), return postage is free. If you change your mind after production has started on a personalised item, we cannot accept a return unless required by law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
